Hi Monica,

FIRST, I keep saying Rockingham County but I believe the attempted murder

case is Strafford County; I am sure you know that.

No, our evidence should not be affecting the Appeal case.

There was no confession but he was taped ...there was an informant who wore

a wire. That is why we have what appears to be very good evidence (even

though defense will make a big deal about our key witness - another prisoner

- not being credible because of his criminal history, blah, blah, blah.

HOWEVER, you have to keep in mind that the defendant was taped. By the way,

our key witness has been subpoenaed and the detective, Trooper Steven

Puckett, is in contact with him.

Maybe you should check in with the Strafford County advocate and see what

is up with their case.

In the meantime, take care of yourself and let us take care of the case in

Merrimack County. I will keep you informed.

Ziva

Thank you Ziva for this clarification.

The detective who had interviewed him for your case said he HAD confessed...

so that is why I was not entirely clear.

I encourage you to speek with those in Rockingham County about their

calendar calls. They were talking January last I heard word. Please remind

them to double email me to monica.mom@gmail for extra clarity & insurance.

I have used 4 email accounts to stay safe & ahead of cyberstalkers, so this

is a real need for reasonable accomodation.

What I also want to know from a sheer legal standpoint is how YOUR evidence

is affecting the Appeal in that jurisdiction.

I think a conference call makes sense or even teleconferencing on a pod

situation we could arrange it.

I was granted a divorce in Barre Family Court by having him "appear" on the

telephone for the hearing. Can we not do these things at the pretrial

status conferences? We have a huge opportunity to make a statement about

Domestic Violence & interstate interjurisdictional cooperation all the way

through all our New Hampshire courts. With ongoing su[ort from Vermont.

Peace. May it prevail upon the earth.

Monica,

SORRY, I noticed this email after I responded to the other email! My

understanding is that the first trial, that happened in Rockingham County,

He was convicted but my understanding is that there was a Supreme Court

issue after that and it is going back to trial at some point? Haven't you

been speaking with someone from Rockingham County Attorney's Office? The

trial here is the murder for hire scheme that he was caught doing while

incarcerated from the murder trial ...he has not pled to it. The plea offer

was why I first contacted you. So even if there is convincing evidence the

court still set it for trial and I try to give people a heads-up by

subpoenaing. Either way, we have decided you DO NOT need to testify.

However, I will keep you informed.

Ziva

Hi Ziva!

It is about a two hour drive to the

Concord area from Barre. I did not understand what you meant here: "After

your last email and my concern that if we do not really need you, because

the conversation was taped, I didn't want to bring you down here and put you

through this. You certainly have enough to deal with the other trial."

Are there two trials coming up? The appeal for the first set of charges he

was convicted of,& the second set he confessed to? I thought he had

confessed to the murder for hire scheme & would not be tried for this.

Because he confessed. So what other trial are you talking about?

Please clarify. Many thanks in advance for all you do.

Peace. May it prevail upon the earth.

Hi Monica-

Sorry I haven't responded to your last email. After your last email and my

concern that if we do not really need you, because the conversation was

taped, I didn't want to bring you down here and put you through this. You

certainly have enough to deal with the other trial. I was waiting for the

Prosecutor to re-review the evidence. He has gone through most of it again

and we are thinking we can do this trial without you. I am not going to

cut you loose yet but will give you a definite answer by next week. If we

need you, it probably would be only for a short time (unless you are

thinking you would like to be at the trial?); thus, you might be able to

testify just after lunch - so as not too early - and go home after that. How

far is the trek from Barre VT to Concord NH?

In the meantime, be well, and I will contact you again next week.

Sincerely,

Ziva

Dear Ziva Summers:

YES, I will be there.

I received the Supboena via usps mail in Vermont at 21 Highgate Dr. #79,

Barre, VT 05641

I will give you any updated phone numbers as they are available to arrange

for details between now & then.

I would like to be informed of the arrangements to stay in the area to be

available to testify.

Last time I had a private room in Days Inn in Dover. I felt safe & well

cared for.

I had a an indoor pool & jacuzzi available to de-stress in between court

appearances. This was helpful the last time.

I will be traveling with a personal body guard & former Navy Seal & a guard

dog for protection.

I also want to know which parts of the origianl trial will be retried, & if

you will need the original Xrays from the traumatic shooting. I have these

in personal possession here in Vermont. There is a second set I had taken

in Central Vermont two years later also, if this is helpful.

Thank you Ziva, for all your caring & compassionate help!

Peace. May it prevail upon the earth.

Hello Monica,

It has been a long time since I last needed to contact you. I hope you are

well. The reason for this email is to inform you that our case has been

scheduled for trial the week of March 10. Although you do not have as much

to testify to - thank goodness - in this case, I still need to subpoena you.

I suspect that you are cooperative and, therefore; I am willing to mail you

your subpoena opposed to going through the Out-of-State Subpoena process but

thought I should check with you first and see how YOU would like this

handled.

Furthermore, if you have changed your contact information, I have

802-498-5980 for your phone number, please advise.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Ziva
