Dear Ms. Deborah,

We are amking SOME progress today. However I am not through resolving this claim at all.

I was satisfied with FINALLY receiving a check from Terri late last evening through an inept UPS delivery company which failed to get it to my door in time to deposit it in the bank. Which has delayed the use of the money in the check yet another day & now this cycles into another month. But 1400.00 was received for the personal injury portion of the claim.

What remains to be resolved is the truck. While I signed your forms to release the check, & this was witnessed by my personal bank manager & two bank officers, she saw & knew both that I was unable to read the fine print of the release, & that I am STILL disabled, as I was prior to ever purchasing a Nationwide policy. She was asserting merely that I was the RIGHT person to receive the check. Because she knows me.

I have no idea what the fine print on the FAXED copy said. I was not able to read it. But I was told verbally by kind Terry I needed to do it to get the check. Some money right now, a year & a month after the accident, is a start. But this is far from over. Class action anyone?

Here is my perspective.

I could not drive that truck off the lot without mandatory insurance. This is the State of Vermont. I came from New Hampshire after I was shot in the chest point blank with a double barreled shot gun four years ago. By an estranged spouse who is now serving life in New Hampshire for the crimes he committed.

I am also a retired member of the judiciary in New Hampshire. If he had succeeded, the shooter would himself have gotten the death penalty since we do not mess around with violent criminals in New Hampshire. And we have due respect for the Courts & peace keepers who enforce our laws.

I came to Vermont under extreme duress. I have been held gently by my birth State here in my recovery. But I am not through with it. It is an ongoing process.

According to the ADA, I am PROTECTED by unscrupulous business men & women who could care less about all this. And I have an attorney.

This is why recouping SOME damages related to the truck is important to me.

You HAVE the original contract with Poulin Auto.

I PAID over half of the price of the truck before driving it off their lot. 6,000.00 of the 11,000 or so price tag. For two months of yuse. TWO MONTHS!!!! Would you settle for paying out 6,000.00 for a two month ride????? I highly doubt it. 6,000.00 which was the major portion of my very hard won disability payment from Social Security? I sunk it into this truck.

I was willing to make the periodic payments we negotiated after the purchase. However, I did not pay one since I was traveling between States, very busy with the land where the shooting occurred in New Hampshire, & reasonably expected an invoice to arrive through the mail to return a payment with. Poulin never sent me a payment invoice or bill after the initial transaction.

This never came. So I owned the truck for exactly two months before it was hit. Poulin had over half of the truck's value in hand with your insurance on it before the 1)accident occurred, & 2) your insurance was supposed to cover.

I DID NOT have the proper direction or guidance from either Poulin Auto or yourselves to bring the business account up to date. I instead was forced to report your company to the Insurance Commissioner in Vermont before you would even budge to help at all. I did not make any payments while the truck was waiting to be evaluated by your insurance adjuster for a month. I told the folks at Poulin I would bring it up to date once I had heard from YOU. Which was not until over a year later. What reasonable business would be willing to wait that long? I would not be in arrears today if YOU HAD DONE YOUR JOB BACK IN OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR, 2006, not 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I PAID 600.00 IN ADVANCE, to cover my driving until December of last year, 2006, for the privilige of this form of corporate abuse.

YOU do the math. And imagine what the average juror, consumer would think of your inactions & late actions & negligent actions.

Then decide if you are going to reimburse me for the truck I lost. You have very little time to do so. The end of this business day.

Then I will write about the whole encounter, ACCURATELY, in the American Chronicle & call for a nationwide boycott of all your goods & services. And mention YOUR NAME in print.

I suggest you deal with Poulin Auto & get that truck back for me. Hint: they may well have sold it again in an illegal manner. They have been known to do this. Sell it without the proper notification that it was rebuilt or in an accident. But I am NOT a truck insurance adjuster specialist. I am a disabled nurse, now retired. I am not expected to be an expert at "mitigating damages", a phrase I sincerely hope you do not want to see in print next to your name for the world to see. It is not at all what the consumer of your services thinks they are paying for. We think we are paying for caring & compassionate service after an accident to repair your vehicle & your body & get you on the road again. You know, Geico,Allstate,& the others will be delighted to hear about your conversation on the phone with me. You only give your competition the cutting edge.

And believe me they will. In print & in court. All your records, including your voice conversations on the phone can & will be subpoenaed. Then you can spend as much time in Court as I have been forced to. You want to do something? Let me know. 802-477-3702.

Gotta go, I am writing the article right now.

Peace. May it prevail upon the earth.

Sincerely, Monica King, CEO INEDA
