Dear Doug,
Here is the letter you told me would initiate the process of applying for the Property manager at Highgate.
I am interested in this as yet unfilled position, as i understand it from one current Board member.
I am interested because I have experience both with this community of three years duration as a resident myelf, & am ready to work on a more permanent basis in caring for this community.
I have a career in nursing & supervision behind me.
Also a college degree.
Since this population comprises over 65% children, my concentration in pediatric health & urgent care clinics I believe is an asset here.
Further, I have managed State facilities which house inmates as well as the indigent poor & elderly in prior management experience.
I was serving the public in a supervisory capacity, weighing the disabled persons' rights with staff.
This experience could help with the job of Propety Management here.
I am willing to relocate if this is a part of negotiations.
Here is my general resume:

or
if the link does not work, ask me to send it in another format.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Have a great day! Monica
