His name has been defamed, & trumped up charges were posted in their local police blotter in the paper of record for Montpelier & Barre, Vermont stating he was guilty of deer jacking & domestic violence & theft. Despite a year's efforts to get him out of jail, as of this moment he is still sitting there.
WHAT REALLY HAPPENED:
Tim was ambushed by thug cops directed by someone I am of the opinion is a mafioso & sits as the Chief of Police in Montpelier. Between himself, another rogue mafioso cop in Dover, NH where our trials unfolded last year, & a corrupt Commissioner of NERCF, & another in Victim Compensation Commissioner in New Hampshire we ain't getting no RELIEF!
For those of you who do not know Tim world wide, let me tell you about my MAN!
He is of Scottish/French descent & VOLUNTEERED for our military forces & service, being a trained Navy SEAL. Our papers of record made a legitimate big deal about another SEAL who came home from a hostage situation on the high seas & lives in Essex Junction vicinity.
Our Timothy in the meantime is langusihing in our local prison in St. J because a series of attempts to post bail for him, get clothing & simple needed items to him, & get him a proper open trial in a proper & uncorrupted Court of Law within my birth State of Vermont have been deliberately & maliciously thwarted at every turn I have made over the past year to correct the record.
But this is what REALLY happened, according to Tim & I BELIEVE Tim, not the jerks that published LIABELOUS & DEFAMATORY MISINFORMATION about my fiance.
What happened was, Tim helped a young adult out from the Central Vermont area who had mistakenly & guiltily hit a deer. It was last summer. Tim offered his aid to get the kid out of a potentially legal assaultive situation by known predators to our gang from that area.
He helped move the carcass, cut up the deer & prepare a meal for the local Transition House for recovering addicts in Montpelier. For thanks they turned him in to the cops.
The cops impounded his truck with everything in it, & added another set of charges which also are totally bogus & liable. They published in the paper these domestic assault charges , throwing theft of jewelry in to make it sound even worse to the feeble minded & gullible community the paper circulates to; of our peers in that region including some of my own near relatives. Hysteria & nonsense sprouted up like dandelions in May & so , all sorts of projected fears & anxieties landed on Tim's shoulders through this deliberately malicious smear campaign by these mofos. I am NOT saying all the readers are feeble minded, just some I know.
Tim had been visiting his "aunt" who is really a woman who has lived for years across from the Fire Department in Montpelier & who has had a longstanding chronic mental health disorder, so he has been the only consistent person to visit her & check in on her from time to time, staying often for a night or two. His relationship is as an Aunt to a nephew through marriage only. None of her own blood relatives look in on her. And Tim found deplorable living conditions while he was there last summer.
While there, he noted trash & accumulations & dirty kitchen items that were collecting maggots & so of course he was troubled. He was taking a simple shower when this Aunt attempted to walk in on him while nude. Tim is modest & went quickly to shut the door, mistakenly catching her wrist in it in doing so.
This was the "domestic assault" he was accused of. She also GAVE Tim a piece of jewelry. She does always whenever I have been with him, shower him with small gifts like jewelry, note books, tobacco etc. This is very typical of them both & much more in keeping with both of their characters in my humble estimation.
However, once the Montpelier rogue cop force had him "in the cage" as Daniel; my main mafia study up close would say, there he has remained ever since. No number of inquiries to ANY lawfully passed member of the Vermont Bar has lifted a finger to get him out, DESPITE obvious intent of the Governing Body to reform such "legal" maneuvers. I put this in quotes because our journeys between these two Twin States have shown us differently & according to Black's law dictionary they should properly be characterized as "color of law" proceedings.
NOW I also have met within this fair city of St J a white haired woman who is an Eatern Star. She is odd & a person who was wearing a royal blue Tshirt with white letters declaring on her front "Mom Loves Me Best!" Kind of wierd for someone obviously grandmotherly in her own right, & an odd sentiment to be advertising walking around. So I asked her about it.
She proudly told me she was an Eastern Star & gave me their official line about being some do good organization "helping" young girls.
However I have had a long, over an hour's conversation with a young & vibrantly alive & independent fierce mom in California who told me all about Eastern Stars. From her report, she told me that they are the sister organization to the Masons, & that their secret & cultic works are really about getting & maintaining power in all of our American Courts, which was that "shoe" that dropped for me.
See, I honestly thought when returning to my birth State to recover from one assassination attempt, I was in a State that valued equal rights, reflected in the number of women sitting on Court benches here.
Not true my friends, not true at all. In my personal & professional walking rounds to these Courts, it turns out the majority of women judges are old hags & likely to also have Eastern Star ties as do the ones this source reported to me in California.
SO, now I am no longer on the defense, I am on the OFFENSE. You women, you who keep compnay with the queen whore across the pond are GOING DOWN with that queen . That is all I have to say at this time. Let Interpol sort out who is who.
