State vs. Daniel Fichera
Dear Monica,
The court has scheduled a status conference for the above case for the following date and time:
April 11th , 2008 at 9:00 am
A status conference is a hearing that occurs between the prosecutor, defense attorney and the judge. Issues to be addressed include trial date, expected length of trial, likelihood of a guilty plea and any outstanding issues that would need resolving before trial. You do not need to be present for this hearing. If you choose to attend please know that this status conference is conducted at the judge’s bench, not in open court, which means you would not be privy to ongoing discussions.
Please let me know if you plan to attend the hearing. Thank you.

Hi Carolann again,
I saw that you sent a copy of this to me at nursingexperts.com. It did not come through. That email account has been tampered with before around hot court dates so this is simply an FYI.
My most reliable email address still is the gmail account: monica.mom@gmail.com
The next most reliable is ineda@nursfriendly.com, then the yahoo account & finally the nursingexperts account.
Let folks be aware that the transmission did not get through & it is a symptom... not a glitch. When I traveled before the account was messed with last year. I am letting the FBI know too as this is wire fraud. Take care, Monica
